Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering staff across requirements, concept, design, and testing.
• Oversee design reviews and technical interfaces with customers.
• Produce test plans and test reports for product development cycles.
• Support program work as Staff-level Electrical Engineer when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and staffing plans for the department.
• Mentor engineers and guide professional development.
