Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with minimum of 6 years prior related experience.
• Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and various CAD/CAE tools is required.
• Strong focus on achieving high goals and standards for self and team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct test activities across all phases of product development.
• Provide labor and resource planning to support programs.
• Assist in defining and improving development processes and best practices.
• Mentor and develop engineers; manage performance and provide feedback.
• Act as technical interface to internal and external customers.
• Support hiring and succession planning for the team.
