Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager to design and implement power systems for industrial and commercial applications. You will lead engineering and project management, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality standards across disciplines.

You will mentor staff, build client relations, and coordinate documentation for low to medium-voltage power distribution projects, including FAT coordination and inspections. Strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• AS or higher in Electrical Engineering required.
• Ten or more years of experience in electrical design and engineering required.
• Five or more years of experience in managing project managers and junior engineers required.
• Five or more years of product knowledge of key electrical components of a Protection & Control Panel required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the engineering and project management efforts on assigned projects and coordinates disciplines to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Ensures engineering work is on schedule and meets quality standards with proper reviews and deliverables.
• Develops and builds client relations andMentors staff through training material and seminars.
