Job summary

Nexus Engineering Group, an EPCm firm, invites an Electrical Engineering Co-op/Intern to contribute to developing drawings, calculations, and deliverables for client projects. You will interface with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive engineering packages, gaining exposure to utility interfaces and industry standards.

Current candidates pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering will gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD, power system modeling tools, and drafting software

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college.
• Effective communication to convey ideas.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and calculations for design projects.
• Develop electrical single line diagrams and conduit schedules.
• Support power system study modeling and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive packages.
