Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Engineering Intern in Morristown, NJ. You will perform tasks applying standard engineering techniques, supporting lead engineers across multiple market segments, and engaging in project duties.

A strong GPA and campus involvement are preferred, with opportunities to assist on design, data analysis, and presentations. The role requires pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; ABET accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager learner, with leadership demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with responses to general questions and ad hoc projects as assigned by managers.
• Participate in data collection and analysis for continuous improvement efforts.
• Present solutions to project concerns and research solutions to problems.
