Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited undergraduate engineering program, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client, management, and team interaction.
• Willingness to learn in a flexible, cross-disciplinary work environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and perform outdoor field work occasionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in preparing electrical one-line diagrams and collection system layouts.
• Support development of equipment specifications, BOMs, and construction documents.
• Help with load flow, short-circuit, and cable sizing calculations under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams across renewable energy projects.
• Apply IEEE, NESC, NEC standards under licensed Senior Engineers guidance.
