Qualus Corporation seeks an Engineering Intern to support our engineering teams on real projects in-office in Chattanooga. You will help prepare electrical design packages, create drawings in AutoCAD and MicroStation, and learn QC processes with guidance from senior engineers.

The internship targets ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering students, offering hands-on experience and mentorship while you balance coursework and professional skills development.

Qualifications

• Full-time student in an ABET-accredited BS/BE program pursuing Electrical Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit drawings using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Learn and assist with quality checks (QC) on electrical drawings under senior engineers.
• Support project documentation and general office tasks.
• Apply company processes, procedures, and client standards in project work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and gain exposure to project phases.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
