Job summary

Qualus offers an Electrical Engineering Intern position in our Engineering Department, providing hands-on experience supporting design teams on real-world projects in our offices. Interns help prepare electrical design packages, develop drawings with AutoCAD and MicroStation, and learn QC processes alongside senior engineers.

They also assist with project documentation and general office tasks to build technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Full-time student in an ABET-accredited program pursuing BS/BE degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit drawings using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Learn and assist with quality checks (QC) on electrical drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support project documentation and general office tasks.
• Apply company processes, procedures, and client standards in project work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and gain exposure to a variety of project phases.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
