Join Our Talent Community is seeking a 2027 US Electrical Engineering Internship in Scottsdale, AZ. Interns will work alongside senior engineers to design, develop, test, and debug cutting-edge electronic circuits powering Axon products.

You will enhance electronics and product design skills, collaborating with mechanical and software teams to bring world-class products to market and impact public safety positively.

Qualifications

• College senior pursuing Electrical or Computer Engineering with strong academic record.
• Ability to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects and internships.
• Knowledge of discrete analog/digital components (RLCs, transistors, diodes, LEDs, regulators, MCUs).
• Hands-on bench experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.
• Schematic design experience using Cadence/OrCAD Capture or similar tools.
• Understanding of common power supply topologies (buck, boost, buck-boost, LDOs).
• Soldering experience for PCB population or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist TASER electrical engineering team in designing, developing, testing, and debugging new products.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver robust electronic designs.
• Develop and execute test plans and validate designs.
• Bring up and debug circuits using lab equipment.
• Document design outcomes and present findings to teams.
