Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to hardware design, development, integration, and testing in an onsite role in Torrance, CA. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to gain hands-on experience across the full hardware development lifecycle.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in EE and have a GPA of 3.1 or higher, with knowledge of high-speed digital/analog circuitry and EMI.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum GPA of 3.1; transcripts may be requested during review.
Basic understanding of high-speed digital and analog circuitry, power management, and EMI.
General knowledge of conventional and advanced manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

Work with experienced electrical engineers to support hardware design, development, integration and testing.
Assist senior engineers in creating or updating schematics.
Support the generation or revision of test procedures.
Support board bring-up activities, including drafting test plans and documenting test results.
Perform board bring-up activities.
Generate test reports.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
