Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated hardware electrical engineering intern to learn, contribute to complex design challenges. In this hands-on role you’ll gain experience across the full hardware development lifecycle onsite in Andover, MA.

You’ll support hardware design, test, and verification from concept to completion, collaborate with seasoned engineers, and help draft test plans and reports. This internship requires enrollment in EE/CE, a minimum 3.1 GPA, familiarity with lab equipment

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum GPA 3.1; transcripts required.
• Basic understanding of high-speed digital and analog circuitry, EMI, and power management.

Responsibilities

• Support design development and testing of hardware from concept to completion.
• Work with engineers to design and verify hardware for advanced technology applications.
• Execute lab DVT and debug.
• Participate in developing new HW/SW platform architectures.
• Support design specs, test plans, and verification reports.
• Assist schematic development using Cadence tools.
