Job summary

Talanto is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern in St. Louis, MO for a 10-12 week summer program.

You will assist experienced engineers with analysis, design, and implementation oversight of electrical systems in healthcare buildings, gaining hands-on project exposure. Responsibilities include design assistance, resource research, documentation, and coordinating with different teams, while contributing to client expectations and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior internship experience in building design (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with design portions of projects related to discipline systems according to code and standards.
• Assist with researching resources for commercially available equipment.
• Coordinate design and schedule with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, technology, clerical, and equipment suppliers.
• Document design decisions, meetings, and instructions from client.
• Conduct periodic job site observations.
