Secretariat seeks a senior Electrical Engineering leader to grow expert witness and strategic consulting services across automotive, industrial, consumer products, and medical device sectors. You will recruit and mentor staff while delivering high-impact projects from day one.

The role involves global client engagement, collaboration with top firms, and driving performance and safety through rigorous analytics and leadership. Strong communication and project oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Established track record for business development and existing client-base.
• PhD or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science & Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Power electronics, Industrial process control, consumer products, circuit analysis, control system is a plus.
• The ability to travel globally as needed.
• The ability to work odd hours to adjust to client needs globally.
• Strong report writing skills to complement analytics.
• Able to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations and develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems.
• The ability to manage and prioritize your time and your team’s time, potentially against a backdrop of competing deadlines.

• Attracting and winning new business opportunities for Secretariat in both expert witness and or strategic consulting
• Contributing to the growth of Secretariat’s Electrical Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff
• Mentoring and driving growth of Electrical Engineering staff
• Providing project management and project budget oversight
