Job summary
Secretariat in the United States seeks a senior Electrical Engineering consultant to lead business development for expert witness and strategic consulting. You will recruit and mentor staff while overseeing complex engineering assignments across automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications
- Established track record for business development and existing client-base.
- PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or CS & Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with Power electronics, Industrial process control, consumer products, circuit analysis, control system is a plus.
- The ability to travel globally as needed.
- The ability to work odd hours to adjust to client needs globally.
- Strong report writing skills to complement analytics.
Responsibilities
- Attracting and winning new business opportunities for Secretariat in both expert witness and or strategic consulting
- Contributing to the growth of Secretariat’s Electrical Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff
- Mentoring and driving growth of Electrical Engineering staff
- Providing project management and project budget oversight
