Job summary

Gray AES seeks a Director of Electrical Engineering-MEP to lead the electrical engineering discipline across multiple projects. You will guide technical execution, QA/QC, and delivery while mentoring managers and engineers.

Collaboration with architectural, structural, mechanical and automation teams is essential to provide integrated design solutions. The role requires strong budget, proposal, and client-relations skills, with strategic planning and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the electrical engineering discipline across projects.
• Oversee technical execution, QA/QC and delivery through all project phases.
• Lead and mentor managers and engineers; drive innovation and accountability.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, mechanical and automation teams.
• Drive proposal strategy, client presentations and relationships; support BD.
• Plan resources, hiring and succession; ensure safety and quality compliance.
