Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with 2D CAD.
• Ability to research, analyze, test, and evaluate concepts.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of projects and sales orders.
• Specify system components and assist with modifications to meet requirements.
• Research, test, and analyze feasibility, design, operation, and performance.
• Develop and test alternative designs and processing methods for feasibility and improvements.
• Utilize 2D CAD to support projects and designs.
• Review and update technical manuals and documentation.
• Support lean practices by eliminating waste and creating value for the customer.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
