Job summary

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co‑op in Harrison, OH. You will support design and development of industrial machinery, use 3D CAD to create and modify designs, and assist with component specification to meet performance needs.

This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to learn from senior engineers and contribute to real customer projects while building technical skills and customer‑focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience or coursework involving 3D CAD and mechanical design is preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to research, analyze, test, and evaluate engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of engineering projects and customer orders.
• Use 3D CAD to develop and modify mechanical designs.
• Specify components and assist with product modifications to meet requirements.
• Research, test, and analyze equipment, components and systems.
• Develop and test alternative designs to evaluate feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs.
