Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0; must be a permanent U.S. resident with a valid driver's license.
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field; freshman year completed or to be completed by time of co-op.
• Preferred: member of the paper foundation at listed schools; priority interviews for students from listed states.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical reliability assignments to improve mill safety, equipment performance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with reliability, maintenance, operations, and mill personnel to troubleshoot issues.
• Apply predictive and preventive maintenance methods to improve reliability and support root-cause analyses.
• Assist with special reliability projects and other duties as assigned by management.
• Support related project and reliability tasks as needed by the mill.
