Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support our Resilience Water team in the United States. You will contribute to planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for water infrastructure across the project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure sustainable and reliable solutions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5 years' experience in water projects, with preferred Master's degree and professional licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 5 years of experience supporting water/wastewater projects.
• Master’s degree and professional licensure are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process, mechanical, and I&C engineers to develop electrical design criteria and technical documentation.
• Design low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems per project requirements and codes.
• Perform power system studies using ETAP, SKM, or similar software.
• Support project managers with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimating.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and travel as needed.
