Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Two years of electrical engineering experience.
Project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD required.
CA Driver License; EIT or CA PE desirable; ETAP or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares construction drawings and specifications for electrical design of water facilities.
Conducts short circuit, voltage drop, and breaker coordination calculations.
Develops bid packages, procures major equipment, and drafts RFPs.
Manages project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinates with contractors and consultants.
Supports PUC rate filings and annual capital budget preparation.
Provides on-site construction management and field inspections.
