Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent water utility experience.
• Two years of experience as an electrical engineer.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and power system modeling tools (ETAP).

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings and specifications for electrical design of water facilities.
• Perform advanced calculations for low and medium voltage distribution and motor control.
• Prepare contracts, bids, and award contracts for projects.
• Develop bid packages and procure major equipment; prepare RFPs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; communicate with contractors and staff.
• Prepare data tables, cost estimations and reports for evaluations and projects.
