Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
• Minimum 3 years of RF Electronics.
• Minimum 2 years of Schematics Capturing & PCBA Layout in either Altium or Cadence.
• Minimum 3 years Lab experience in trouble shooting electronics in Analog and RF domain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Network Analyzer, Frequency Generator, Vector Analyzer, and digital/analog scope.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, test, evaluate and integrate electronic equipment for high-performance hardware systems.
• Determine design approaches and parameters within time and cost constraints.
• Analyze electrical requirements to assess feasibility of design.
• Analyze equipment data, conduct tests and evaluate results.
• Select components based on specs and reliability.
• Lead design activities for new/existing products and design for manufacturing.
• Apply complex electrical engineering principles to support development and debugging.
• Provide guidance for PCB layout and potential obsolescence-driven changes.
• Develop technical solutions for difficult problems and contribute to milestones.
