Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer in Yorba Linda, California. You will design, develop, test, and integrate complex analog, digital, and RF electronics for high-performance systems, collaborating across engineering teams.

The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, an active Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCBA layout in Altium or Cadence. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
• Minimum 2 years of RF Electronics.
• Minimum 2 years of Schematics Capturing & PCBA Layout in either Altium or Cadence.
• Minimum 2 years Lab experience in trouble shooting electronics in Analog and RF domain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Network Analyzer, Frequency Generator, Vector Analyzer, and digital/analog scope.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and integrate electronic equipment for high-performance hardware systems.
• Analyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Leads design activities for new/existing products involving medium frequencies/edge rates and DFM considerations.
• Provides guidance for PCB layout and verification across development stages.
• Travel required 5–10%.
