Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, analyse, and integrate high-performance electronic hardware for radios and related equipment. You will work with cross-functional teams to support product integration and manufacturing introduction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or an equivalent mix). A Graduate Degree is preferred. On-site work with potential security clearance and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools such as Python and LabVIEW.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and test techniques (MIL-STD-461).
• Experience with RF circuits and architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, modify, evaluate, and integrate electronic equipment and circuitry for high-performance hardware systems.
• Analyze electrical requirements and feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Support digital and analog hardware R&D and design of circuit board assemblies.
• Perform simulations and analyses (e.g., signal integrity) and subsystem/system verification.
