Year 1 focuses on Factory Product and Applications Support, learning products and supporting internal teams and customers in real-world applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Python, MATLAB, VisualBasic, or VisualC++.
  • Strong interest in electronics and hands-on problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to create and support technical documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and customer visits.
  • Exposure to LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and remote control protocols is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for test and measurement products such as oscilloscopes and AWGs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Repair Service teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Work hands-on with electronics applications and measurement techniques.
  • Interface with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, and Design Engineering to resolve customer issues.
  • Learn to differentiate Teledyne LeCroy products from competitors and articulate technical advantages.
