Build Technology That Powers the Future of Energy

Are you an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working hands-on with electronics, and finding creative solutions to problems others might overlook?

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing engineering firm that is redefining quality and reliability in the energy industry. The company specializes in designing, testing, repairing, and reverse‑engineering high‑reliability electronic systems used in highly regulated environments, including nuclear energy.

With significant investment in continued growth and a strong commitment to engineering excellence, this is an opportunity to join a close‑knit team where your ideas matter, your technical skills will continue to develop, and your work contributes to the future of reliable, carbon‑free energy.

The team is expanding rapidly and looking for motivated Electrical Engineers who are curious, adaptable, and excited to take on meaningful technical challenges.

What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll work across a variety of projects involving electronic systems, component reliability, testing, and engineering analysis. Depending on your background and interests, your responsibilities may include:

  • Hardware Design & Circuit Development: Support the design, evaluation, and improvement of electronic hardware, including analog circuits and printed circuit board (PCB) designs.

  • Reverse Engineering: Analyze legacy or obsolete electronic components and systems to understand their functionality and develop reliable replacement solutions.

  • Electronics Testing & Diagnostics: Perform hands‑on testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of electronic components to verify performance and reliability.

  • Repair & Refurbishment: Help restore and extend the service life of electronic equipment through diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and technical improvements.

  • Component Qualification: Support commercial-grade dedication activities to evaluate and qualify commercial components for use in critical applications.

  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test records, and technical packages that meet strict quality and compliance requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Collaborate with experienced engineers and technical leadership to address challenging customer needs and develop practical solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Learn new tools, expand your technical capabilities, and contribute ideas that improve engineering processes, quality, and project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

  • Approximately 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience. Early-career engineers with strong technical fundamentals and a desire to grow are encouraged to apply.

    • Electrical hardware design

    • PCB design using CAD software

    • Electronics testing and troubleshooting

    • Analog circuit design or analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar technical challenges.

  • A curious, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.

  • Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative, fast-growing engineering environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for quality, documentation, and compliance in highly regulated industries.

Experience in nuclear energy, naval nuclear programs, instrumentation and controls, or other highly regulated industries is a plus. Candidates with exposure to technical specifications, contractual requirements, documentation packages, or component qualification processes may be particularly well suited for this opportunity.
