Job summary

DIZARIO Search is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a plant power and reliability role with our industrial client in western Pennsylvania. You will own the plant's electrical distribution, oversee upgrades from planning through startup, and directly influence daily operations.

Candidates bring a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least three years in industrial power distribution, with hands-on experience and strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum of three years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing plant.
Hands-on experience with industrial power distribution and medium- or high-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve plant power distribution systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and motors.
Troubleshoot electrical failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Develop and manage electrical capital projects and plant upgrades, including scope, budgets, schedules, installation, and startup.
Provide engineering support for major outages, equipment rebuilds, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve equipment performance while meeting safety and environmental requirements.
