Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of three years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing plant.
• Hands-on experience with industrial power distribution and medium- or high-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant power distribution systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and motors.
• Troubleshoot electrical failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Develop and manage electrical capital projects and plant upgrades, including scope, budgets, schedules, installation, and startup.
• Provide engineering support for major outages, equipment rebuilds, and long-term infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve equipment performance while meeting safety and environmental requirements.
