Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA, is seeking an Electrical Engineer with facilities and power distribution experience to support our manufacturing facility. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, documenting, and improving the site's electrical infrastructure, including substations and distribution.

You will document the plant's electrical distribution from utility to final outlets, improve safety, reliability, and maintenance programs, and plan annual shutdowns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, power distribution in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B standards.
• Experience with substations, switchgear, transformers, protective relays, and power monitoring.
• Experience documenting electrical distribution networks and one-line diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents for electrical infrastructure projects.
• Lead documentation of the facility's electrical distribution network and asset records.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Plan annual shutdowns and major outage events with minimal disruption.
• Promote electrical safety standards and reliability initiatives.
