Job summary

Advanced Laser Systems Technology (ALST) in Orlando, FL, part of Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions, seeks a Specialist, Electrical Engineering for circuit card development, analog/digital design, and system-level wiring and diagrams. Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
• Experience with PCB/CCA development and analog/digital design.
• Knowledge of military specifications and standards.
• Hands-on experience with test, debugging and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• PCB/CCA development including schematic capture and routing.
• Hardware subsystem architecture and analog design.
• Develop analog circuits and perform simulations.
• Test, debug and verify hardware designs.
• Analyze power, stress and reliability for components.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers and management.
• Supervise design certification tests and document results.
• Troubleshoot failures and investigate root causes.
• Suggest design improvements to prevent failures.
• Maintain quality standards and work with cross‑functional teams.
