Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with experience on building and facility projects.
• Ability to develop contract documents, calculations and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Experience in construction administration including submittals, RFIs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define project scope with sponsors.
• Develop specifications, calculations and cost estimates for projects.
• Oversee architectural engineering firms on concept designs and cost estimates.
• Review electrical construction documents for drawings and design quality.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including submittals, RFIs and inspections.
• Coordinate with facility staff and contractors throughout the project.
