The candidate must hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (ABET) and have 3+ years of relevant experience; DOE Q clearance is required. The position is 100% on-site with overtime not expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience
• Low-power electrical design under 480V, with conduit sizing and junction boxes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design, analysis, and calculations for low-power applications
• Develop, review, and support engineering design packages and construction documents and specifications
• Provide construction, field, and project engineering support including field mitigation
• Review designs and support design changes requested by the team
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-discipline team
• Apply engineering tools to deliver high-quality work and improve processes
• Interface with stakeholders across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
