Job summary
MIKEL in Keyport, WA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support NUWC divisions with electrical engineering, test & evaluation, and sustainment services for undersea warfare systems.
The role requires a BS in Electrical/Electronic engineering and relevant experience in design, development, integration, and deployment of complex systems with a focus on reliability. DoD security clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum four years of experience in electrical engineering for complex systems (Junior to Senior levels as described).
- Senior: seven years of experience in electrical engineering for complex systems; MS may substitute for two years.
Responsibilities
- Electrical engineering and technical support across NUWC Division Keyport departments.
- Test, evaluation, deployment, and sustainment for Undersea Warfare systems.
- ISEA, maintenance and repair support for ASW/USW systems.
- Design, production, test, fielding, sustainment, and modification improvements.
