Job summary

MIKEL in Keyport, WA seeks a Systems Engineer to support four NUWC divisions and provide TT&E, test, repair and lifecycle services for undersea weapon systems. The role requires a BS in a technical field, 4+ years (7+ for senior) of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

BS degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is desired.
A Master of Science degree may substitute for two years of experience.
Seven or more years of experience in conducting systems engineering and leading technical teams is desired.

Responsibilities

Support four NUWC Division Keyport departments (TT&E, Weapons, Sustainment, Unmanned/Undersea) with systems engineering and technical support.
Provide Test, Training & Evaluation (TT&E) and lifecycle support for Undersea Warfare systems.
Lead engineering tasks: technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost and risk assessment.
