Job summary
MIKEL, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support NUWC Division Keyport WA, performing TT&E, design, and life-cycle support for undersea systems. The role spans multiple departments and requires understanding military specs and documentation.
Applicants should have a BS in Electrical/Electronic engineering, with four to seven years of experience for junior to senior levels, and a willingness to obtain a SECRET clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in complex systems design, development, integration, test, and deployment is desired.
- U.S. Navy submarine/underwater warfare system experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support NUWC Division Keyport across four departments in TT&E and evaluation for Undersea Warfare systems.
- Provide in-service engineering, maintenance, and repair support for selected weapon and USW systems.
- Perform design, production, test, fielding, sustainment, and modification projects.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure fleet readiness and lifecycle support.
