Job summary

HDR seeks an Electrical Engineer to perform electrical design and inspection across lighting, power, systems, and controls. You will coordinate workloads, review documents, and write specifications while ensuring work stays on schedule and budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (ABET-EAC), 3+ years of electrical design experience, and a PE or P.Eng license. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-EAC Accredited).
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design (lighting/power/systems/controls).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or P.Eng.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design and inspection (lighting/power/systems/controls).
• Coordinate workload to complete on schedule and on budget.
• Review electrical documents and write/edit specifications.
• Select equipment and electrical systems; provide construction support.

• Travel may be required; work includes office and field environments.
