Location: Westlake OH, HYBRID schedule (2 days in office)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves collaboration with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality electrical solutions that meet project and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Conduct power distribution analysis and design for efficient energy use.
• Create detailed electrical design drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall designs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Perform site inspections and assessments; recommend improvements.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Provide technical support during construction to resolve electrical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
• Experience in MEP design or facilities engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical design and power distribution.
• Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and Revit.
• Understanding of lighting, fire alarm, and security systems design.
• Knowledge of electrical design and construction project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, client relations, and teamwork skills.
• PE license or EIT certification preferred; assistance may be provided for pursuit.
