My client is a well-respected MEP firm that has a reputation for their quality work. They specialize in MEP systems for a variety of facilities including cryptocurrency data centers and those that are more complicated in nature. Your Role With the Company

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing production drawings, use of AutoCAD and Revit, specification editing, submittal review, site visits/reviews, RFI responses and PCR reviews. You will also be responsible for designing Electrical power, lighting, and special systems for a variety of project types, including education, municipal, worship, office, medical, cryptocurrency data centers, office/warehouse, high/low rise long term care facilities, food service facilities, and other commercial buildings.

Background Profile

• Expertise in Electrical Engineering design of electrical systems for commercial buildings.
• 4+ years’ experience in design of power distribution, general and special lighting systems, emergency power distribution systems including UPS and fire alarm, public address and sound reinforcement systems.
• Exposure to plumbing and mechanical systems as well as structured cabling design.
• Working knowledge of Industry software such as Microsoft products, COMcheck, SKM electrical system analysis for Short Circuit, Voltage Drop, and Electrical Breaker Sizing; and Visual.
• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• PE or EIT in Texas or ability to get.
