Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Endovascular Robotics team in the United States. You will help design, develop, integrate and verify electrical hardware and subsystems for advanced robotic medical technologies.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, robotics and systems engineering teams to deliver reliable electronic systems for electromechanical applications. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of electronic engineering development experience.
• Strong circuit fundamentals across analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, sensor, and actuator control.
• Experience developing custom PCBs including schematic capture, analysis, reviews, bring-up, and verification.
• Hands-on electrical hardware integration, testing and debugging experience.
• Understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, control circuits, wiring, grounding and interfaces.
• Experience with microcontroller-based prototyping or embedded systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Support design and development of electrical hardware, PCBAs, and subsystems through lifecycle.
• Perform PCBA bring-up, debugging, integration, and verification against performance and reliability targets.
• Develop test methods, fixtures and documentation for hardware verification and failure analysis.
• Design, implement, and document electrical interfaces between sensors, actuators, controllers, networks and software.
• Integrate and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems including wiring and grounding.
• Support prototype development, lab testing, and evaluation of electromechanical systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve hardware integration challenges.
• Maintain engineering documentation and comply with QMS requirements.
