Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years progressively responsible electrical engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power distribution, motor controls, and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical capital projects from concept to startup, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Design, specify, modify, and improve electrical systems and equipment to enhance safety and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to achieve objectives.
