Responsibilities

• Track and resolve customer support cases.
• Escalate critical issues to engineering and management teams.
• Participate in team and customer meetings (remote and in-person).
• Conduct product inspections and preliminary failure analysis.
• Create technical documentation and service reports.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Travel for on-site customer support as needed.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on new tasks.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
