Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking a capable Design Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing, prototyping, testing, and assembling mobility devices. You will develop, release, and revise 3D models and drawings, ensure manufacturability, and contribute to SPARC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, OR Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze complex mechanical systems including high load structural systems and suspension systems.
• Develop, release, and revise mechanical drawings and 3D models.
• Ensure designs are safe, manufacturable, and meet SPARC initiatives.
• Perform component inspections and system verification/testing.
• Meet project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate across internal departments and mentor juniors.
• Travel to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed.
