Job summary

Windsor Engineers in Duluth, MN is seeking a lead electrical engineer to design and consult on diverse project types, perform engineering calculations, and deliver quality, constructible design documents. You will coordinate with other disciplines and clients, manage project workflows, mentor junior staff, and conduct site visits as needed, contributing to safe, efficient building systems.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, an EIT, and several years of MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• EIT certification listed as a preference.
• 4+ years of MEP design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering calculations, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design and consulting across project types; perform engineering calculations and produce quality, constructible design documents.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients; manage project workflows.
• Mentor less experienced staff and conduct site visits as needed.
