Windsor Engineers in Minneapolis seeks a lead electrical engineer to drive system design across project types. You will perform calculations and produce high-quality, constructible documents using industry software, while coordinating with other disciplines and supporting clients.

The role also involves managing project workflows, mentoring junior staff, and conducting site visits as needed. A strong background in MEP design and effective communication are essential.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• EIT certification listed as preferred.
• At least four years of MEP design experience desired.
• Strong communication and advanced electrical calculation skills required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
