Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering student intern to contribute to the design of high-speed connectors. Interns will have hands-on experience with lab testing of new products, specification creation, and engineering support for existing lines. Ideal candidates should be pursuing their Bachelor's degree with junior status, possess teamwork and problem-solving skills, and have an interest in Optical Engineering. The role offers a pay rate starting at $19/hr in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Electrical Engineering with at least Junior status.
• Ability to work in groups, multitask, problem solve, prioritize, and exercise critical thinking skills.
• Interest or background in Optical Engineering/Fiber Optics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product Management to create specifications for new products.
• Provide engineering support for existing product lines by addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturing cells to improve efficiency.
