Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $38.00 per hour, along with a flexible monthly stipend for housing and transportation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a BS or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a GPA of 3.5 or greater.
• Portfolio of hands-on projects in areas like Formula SAE, SolarCar, Robotics, or CubeSats.
• Familiarity with signal integrity concepts and solder rework skills.
• Strong analytical skills, first-principles problem-solving, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout in Altium for various applications.
• Bring-up and operate hardware in the lab and document test results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop optical manufacturing processes.
