Job description

Panduit is seeking a highly motivated electrical engineer student that is willing to combine both theory and practical hands-on knowledge to design the high-speed connectors enabling the backbone of the Internet that we use today. What You Will Do

Strong focus on lab related testing of new products. Coordinate with Product Management to create specifications for new products with customer input.

Provide engineering support for existing product lines by responding to customer technical inquiries, addressing quality concerns, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, handling product application issues/questions, collaborating with manufacturing cells to improve efficiency or lower production costs, and providing general technical support to handle the day-to-day business needs.

What You Will Bring
  • Pursuing BS in Electrical Engineering with at least Junior status.
  • Ability to work in groups, multitask, problem solve, prioritize, and exercise critical thinking skills.
  • Interest or background in Optical Engineering/Fiber Optics.

Pay rates for this role start at $19/hr.
