Job summary

RTX’s internship at Pratt & Whitney in Tucson, AZ offers hands-on experience troubleshooting electronics, performing circuit-level analysis, and supporting subassembly test and failure investigations in a lab setting. Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field and actively enrolled through the internship session.
• Entering Sophomore by start of summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics in lab or production environment.
• Perform system and circuit level analysis; subsystems integration and test.
• Support failure investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation and test procedures.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams including suppliers.
