Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Solder, mechanical, quality standards, processes, and/or documentation.
• Experience with cable and harness assembly, fabrication, and/or rework.

Responsibilities

• Modify, rework, and populate Engineering CCAs, assemblies, and subassemblies to ensure proper operation according to the established criteria.
• Perform required repairs to returned and damaged units to an operational state.
• Micro-soldering under a microscope for an extended period.
• Build cables and harnesses from schematics.
• Learn about quality verification and inspection under a microscope.
• Repair, and replace wire harnesses and cable assemblies, with oversight.
