Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Electrical Engineering Intern will support day-to-day engineering activities, product development projects, testing initiatives, and process improvement efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment. This role is designed for a student pursuing an engineering degree who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects, contribute to innovative residential ventilation products, and develop practical technical skills. The intern will work closely with engineering team members to support product design, prototyping, testing, competitive product evaluations, and project execution while gaining exposure to engineering processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Schedule and Duration

The anticipated schedule is full-time 40-hour work week, with work performed hybrid (Monday - Thursday in person, Friday remote).
